1. Scope
This policy applies to DiscoverAxon.com. Independent AXON brand websites maintain their own privacy practices. When you follow an external brand link, the destination site’s policy applies.
2. Information we collect
DiscoverAxon forms collect contact and inquiry information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, category, proposal, interests, and relevant timeline. The site is specifically designed not to request medical histories, treatment information, dosing information, or other sensitive health data.
Technical security records may include limited request information needed to prevent abuse and maintain service reliability. Optional analytics are disabled unless configured and accepted through the consent control.
3. How information is used
Submitted information is used to route and respond to inquiries, manage newsletter preferences, protect the site from spam, and maintain an accountable record of communications. It is not used to create a physician-patient relationship or provide individualized medical advice.
4. Form routing and processors
Form submissions are validated by the server and stored in the site database. Configurable destination addresses identify the team responsible for review. Final email-delivery, newsletter, retention, and deletion providers have not been connected and will be listed here before launch.
5. Choices
Marketing consent is never preselected. Newsletter subscribers will be able to unsubscribe through a link in each message once the delivery provider is connected. Visitors may accept or decline optional analytics from the consent notice.
6. Retention and security
DiscoverAxon uses validation, rate limiting, spam controls, and access-controlled infrastructure. Final retention periods and data-subject request procedures remain subject to legal and operational review.
7. Contact
Privacy questions may be routed through the Contact page. A dedicated privacy contact will be added after confirmation.
